Return Policy

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for non-personalized items in their original condition.

If for any reason you need to return a purchase, simply send it back with original tags attached, and your receipt with a note as to why it’s being returned.  We will issue a credit, refund the purchase price or exchange the item for you.

Monogrammed, personalized or special order merchandise is not returnable. This includes Christening wear, special occasion dresses, Communion and flower girl dresses.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new items online. Your account will be credited when we receive your return. 

Clearance Items are NOT returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Holiday items are Final Sale once the date of the holiday arrives. This includes velvets & holiday dresses.
