When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If the items are in stock they will be shipped within 48 hours via your choice of Priority Mail or Express Mail. If items need to be ordered you will receive an email or phone call giving you an estimated ship date. You always have the opportunity to cancel your order if we cannot meet your time frame.
Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 working days to reach anywhere in the continental U.S.
Express Mail usually is overnight, but may take 2 days for more rural areas.
Please refer to our Help Desk for International Shipping rates as well as shipping time. Please note, once we ship an item we no longer have control over how long it takes your country's postal service to deliver it to you.
International orders are charged immediately, and not shipped until they have been processed by our Fraud Alert department. We do a thorough investigation into ALL international orders, to protect us both from fraudulent use of your credit card.
